We will come to your home or business and do anything that needs to be done for $45.00 per hour or we can do remote support for only $30.00 per hour. Our prices are very low compared to many other companies which charge around $100.00 per hour.

Remote online support is where a Techs Deliver Professional will connect to your computer through the internet and fix any software issues. There will be no need for a professional to come to your business or home and once a connection has been made, you can either watch what the professional is doing or you can go do something else that you need to do.

Give Techs Deliver a call and let us know your problem. We will be able to let you know if the problem can be taken care of onsite or online. You will find that our service is very professional and you will want us as your go to company for all of your computer needs.

Before purchasing any services, please contact us first to make sure that a Techs Deliver Professional will be available at the time that you need. Onsite service calls can be done as early as the next day and our online service can be done today. If you need emergency onsite service within the next 2 to 3 hours, an extra $15.00 per hour is applied.  Call us so we can assess the problem and determine the type of support that you need. You will then use one of the below payment methods (Credit Card or PayPal) or pay by cash or check when the tech professional gets to your home or business.

For online support you will need to download and run the following file: Online Support Tech Server. No installation is nessassary, just run it and you will be prompted with a unique ID and a Password. The Online Support Tech will need to know that information to log into your machine. Once he is logged in, you will be notified to allow the tech access. Please give the tech full access to your computer.  Once a proper connection has been established, you are free to watch the tech at work or do something that you need to do.  Please note, you will not be able to use your computer at the same time.

If your paid time has elapsed before the job is finished, you will be notified by phone to purchase more time.  If only a few more minutes are needed to wrap up the tech service, the tech will finish up at no additional charge.
